Tappanyaki beef set meal at $14.90, tender & tasty. Fish fillet fried rice served in steamer basket $11.90, delicious. Value for money n must try!

Freshly cook on teppanyaki top, with miso soup & green tea@$5.90++, hot & spiced rice, yummy, only served@ tea time.

Mozzarella, roast beef, parmesan, Italian rockets, truffle oil...overall is Good, only the beef slices are bit bland & dry.

This place was first discovered by one of the Burpple tastemakers. What a gem this is, affordable quality Japanese dining with a great view to shout for. Quality bara chirashi set for just $18.80. What's best, because of the pretty obscure location, you can get a table pretty easily. Maybe not after this post! ;)

A pot contain of chicken, duck, sea cucumber, prawn, pork belly, gluten, pig skin, radish, mushroom, duck web, fish ball, yam & cabbage@$38.8++, enough for 4 persons, good taste, must try. The real presentation is not as good as the menu's photo.😀

My parents took me here to try the a la carte lunch buffet. It wasn't crowded at all when we visited on a Monday; only about 75% full. I was feeling a little under the weather so didn't have a massive appetite but even then, I enjoyed the meal.
As usual, there is a section in the a la carte buffet lunch menu that lists the dishes which are limited to one serving per customer. Naturally, we had to have everything in there. Most were good. Here are the ones from that section, as well as other dishes that I liked (pictured clockwise from top left and ending in the centre):
• Braised mini abalone with oyster sauce - nice and tender; not rubbery at all.
• Deep-fried seabass with homemade lemon sauce - the very crisp fish went perfectly with the sour sauce and yup, every part of the seabass was edible.
• Crisp-fried crystal prawn with salted egg yolk - anything cooked with salted egg is usually yummy and this didn't disappoint.
• Stir-fried white stone clams with garlic and white wine - thumbs up for the light yet flavourful broth with fresh, good quality clams.
• Stir-fried garoupa fish in honey garlic sauce - loved the sauce and the fact that the fish is boneless, plus you can order multiples of this.
• Golden broth with sea cucumber and fish maw soup - sweet and satisfying.
• Oven cheese baked lobster - wow... a fresh whole lobster for each diner.
• Marinated soft boil egg with "foie duck paste" topping - I found the description intriguing and the taste pretty interesting.
• Wok fried seafood udon in laksa flavouring - I didn't expect to enjoy this surprisingly spicy dish as much as I did.

Do remember to allocate some tummy space for the dessert buffet spread. The "Thai red ruby" and "Organic green tea soy beancurd" shooters were especially fabulous. Rather oddly, they also had a pot of century egg, chicken and abalone clams porridge displayed next to the desserts. So don't miss out on that if you are into porridge.

This looked different from the picture in the menu as no large slices of "aburi" (roasted) salmon were to be seen. Instead, it arrived with the salmon already broken up and and mixed in to the fried rice. Nevertheless, I wasn't bothered as it tasted good. The hot stone bowl used for serving, retained the heat very well throughout my meal. And somehow, the fried rice smelled extra fragrant too. Portion isn't big, hence those with healthy appetites might need to order a few side dishes. I highly recommend the "Aburi Chashu" and "Negi-mayo Gyoza".

The set lunch here is decent for its price as long as you don't expect anything fancy. It includes a soup of the day (pumpkin was the flavour we got), a drink (hot green tea, home made honey lemon tea or Coke), a dessert (it was chocolate fudge brownie) and the main course (today's options were either a chicken melt sandwich with fries, or a vege pasta cooked in either olive oil or tomato sauce). Service was good and the ambience was quite nice too, being slightly formal, cosy and comfortable.

Tasty HK style hor fun with reasonable price & good environment. Can chit chat as long as you want!
