Generous portion of cold Norwegian salmon topped with grated Parmesan, nicely sautéed potato cubes and THE EGG - boiled to perfection that the yolk was soft yet not overly-runny
Comfort food! Love the combination of scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and toasted whole grain bread. And the guacamole side was surprisingly yummy
