$12 for a white Tiramisu sounds hard to swallow but this delightful creamy white chocolate based cream cheese is to die for. Sweet but not overtly candied, the velvety nature of the mixture hid the Orujo infused sponge morsels cleverly within its bedding. Brilliant taste; good job, Issachar Lee.

A second runner up dessert at Kaixo. I liked the twist by Issachar, using white chocolate and Spanish concoction in the making. Tiny bit of sponge studded as jewels near its bed, the curd is utmost creamy and non cloying. I love this much! The winner here is the Valrhona Gypsy's Arm, watch in my next post here. :))
