I visited Market Bistro a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious every dish was. From the sharing plates, we started with the Baby Squid Fritters, which were flavorful and perfectly fried (light, crisp, and very enjoyable!). The Irish Duck Leg Confit was exceptionally tender, with deep, rich flavors that paired beautifully with the smashed potatoes and mushrooms. To finish, the New York Cheesecake struck a lovely balance of sweetness and tang from the accompanying fruity jams. It was a delightful end to a well-executed meal. I would definitely recommend this steakhouse for its quality dishes and inviting communal dining concept.
Really enjoyed my time here! I got the barramundi fish and chips - fresh fish with crispy batter, well-balanced and really satisfying… Also tried the A Decade in Time cocktail - served in an hourglass glass with a QR code which you can scan to explore Hopscotch’s history… Overall a great spot if you are into creative food and drinks with a local twist!!!
