When four cheeses aren’t enough to show your love for cheese, this five-cheese sourdough pizza steps in. Generously topped with mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, blue cheese, and burrata, it's finished with a drizzle of honey to balance the bold, savoury, cheesy tang. While the blue cheese might look off-putting to some, its flavour is surprisingly mild compared to others I've tried. That said, it may still not be suitable for those who aren’t fond of blue cheese. Yeah... It smells.

Rise up to this hearty breakfast pizza, served from noon. It’s not about the time, it’s about that first tastisfying bite of the day. A savoury-rich sourdough pizza base is brushed with slightly sweet and tangy house-made tomato sauce, layered with melty mozzarella and cheddar. Topped with fresh spinach, smoky, crisp bacon, and a silky, wobbly onsen egg, it’s comfort food at its finest.

A creamy truffle béchamel is spread over sourdough, delivering earthy truffle undertones, while a mix of burrata, cheddar, and mozzarella adds a sharp, rich, and cheesy depth. Topped with savoury slices of mortadella cold cuts and nutty pistachios, this pizza offers a delightful contrast between velvety and crunchy textures. A hint of lemon zest brings a fresh, zesty finish to each bite.

A rich, creamy truffle béchamel sauce covers the sourdough base, topped with melted mozzarella, smoky, crisp bacon, and a gooey onsen egg at the center. Finished with a dusting of black pepper for a subtle kick and a sprinkle of parmesan around the crust, adding a cheesy, savoury depth to every bite.

Finished with multiple tiny dose of tzatziki sauce, a cucumber-yogurt dip, adding a refreshing, cooling tanginess. This pizza offers a well-rounded combination of tangy, savoury, creamy, and refreshing flavours.

Mildly spicy and flavourful with a hint of smokiness, this chicken dish is a festive treat. Pair it with the mint sauce for a refreshing boost that enhances its profile. Delicious!

Rich butter chicken gravy spread over the medium crust dough, topped with large chunks of chicken, sweet onions, earthy button mushrooms, spicy red chilli, fresh coriander, and mozzarella cheese. Each slice is creamy, aromatic, moderately spicy, and bold in flavour. The slight kick from the spices elevates the overall taste. Definitely my favourite of the two!
