I ordered their signature meat lovers platter that includes the signature pork knuckle, handcrafted emmentaler sausage, spicy sausage, garlic pork sausage, smoked bratwurst sausage, and premium steak with mustard and black pepper sauce, salad greens and fries. The pork knuckle was nicely done to a crackling crispy skin with tender and flavourful meat underneath. The portion is good for 3 to 4 adults 》$88.80

Fladen is basically a flat-dough cake that is quite similar to pizza. The pork knuckle fladen came with a mix of crispy and tender pieces which contained a good balance of fat and lean meat topping along with caramelized onions, cheese and mustard.

Farmer’s sausage served with sliced roasted potatoes and braised red cabbage. The potatoes were well-marinated and sliced to a perfect thickness. The red cabbage turns out quite refreshing and a good balance to the salty sausage 》$22
