Soup was salty, noodles was kinda hard but they said they purposely served Al dente. The noodle is zi char claypot noodle I don’t think they should serve Al dente bc it’s kinda uncooked to me lol. They bring it back to cook awhile more and served it to me. I felt that should be the exact texture it should serve instead.
