The paofan was a comforting bowl of flavourful goodness. Personal favourite were the Paofan and Ngoh Hiang, will go back for these again 🤤 Great food and service too

Headed down to Tomidou for their lunch omakase the other day, the ambience and service from their chefs & staffs were really nice and i felt very comfortable. I must say that the ingredients used were very fresh and i really loved each and everyone of the dish offered during my course. If i had to choose one out of everything there, it would definitely have to be the filefish sushi that i tried for the first time. It was incredibly fresh and umami, as it was my first time trying filefish i tot that it might have a fishy taste or so but i was proved wrong. Also, we gotten a small bottle of sake to pair while eating and it was a perfect match. Definitely will recommend Tomidou to my family and friends to give it a try!

went during lunch hour, it was uncrowded and chill. food was pretty good and worth as it was buffet style! we had their oyster and it was rlly fresh, the lobsters were rlly fresh as well and the meat were bouncy 🥹 mashed potatoes were pretty good and creamy, but considering it is buffet style i would say u could skip it to get more meats instead! i also had the pork ribs which were pretty tender. also had panna cotta and grilled banana for dessert, and wow both were rlly good. but i must give a shout out to the grilled banana as it was perfectly caramelised at the top. definitely worth to give this place a try!!

Had a great time at Shukuu the other night, place was pretty cozy with the lighting and all. Food was pretty good especially the Kani Gratin which was so umami... Definitely a must try, if u like mentaiko!

We ordered the seafood soup with ke kou mian, it had a rich broth and a medley of fresh ingredients. We also ordered the seafood soup with crayfish (add prawns) with the red grouper fish. It is slightly saltier than the seafood soup with ke kou mian but overall, a rich seafood soup with prawn, crayfish and fish slices is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for any seafood lover.

The yong tau fu soup was light and has a refreshing flavour. It also had a great mixture of fresh ingredients. As i ate it tgt with the 2 other seafood soup, it was overpowered by those.

Lastly, we had the ginger braised duck which was very tender and the sauce was rlly good. This dish will complement rice well! The portion was plentiful for us and i highly recommend getting this as well as the seafood soup with ke kou mian.

Moreover, the young man was very friendly and had good customer service!

Came here on a weekday evening thus, there werent any crowd and food was served promptly.

I ordered the signature original pork ribs and rlly liked it, the meat was so tender and easy to eat. The marination of the ribs will have to be the star of the show where it had a smoky bbq flavour to it, which i personally rlly like. Definitely, will return for the pork ribs again!

I also ordered the grass fed ribeye and mom’s mac and cheese. The grass fed ribeye was not bad, does not have the beefy taste and it went well with the black pepper sauce. Mom’s mac and cheese was super creamy and cheesy hence, people who likes these can opt for this. Though i feel that it might be too overwhelming if u were to eat the whole dish for urself, so i suggest getting this to share!

As for the dessert i got the apple blueberry cobbler, the ice cream and biscuits were good however, i wont consider getting it again as i did not rlly like flavour from the apple slices.

Overall, i had a pretty good experience with the place and staffs. Will come back again for the pork ribs.
