Teehee this is probably my 3rd time having @chefweihkcheongfun !👻

The skin is thin & silky-smooth with a nice slight bouncy chew to it🤪🤪

Rlly loved that medium sized prawns 🦐 in the Prawn 🦐 Cheong Fun! It’s well-cooked while remaining it’s plump, succulent yet QQ texture
They’re super fresh 🌊 too‼️

The Char Siew is also another “win”, with bits of char siew adding savoury yet meaty 🍖goodness in every mouthful 👄 I’d say this dish was sweeter > savoury because the char siew on its own is already candied / slightly sweet 🍭

The Hong Kong 🇭🇰-style sauce which is poured on top of each plate of Cheong Fun is fragrant 👃🏻 & on the sweeter 🍬 side

Freshly made on the spot!! Even after I ordered for delivery 🚚 it’s still very tasty!!👅

It’s so good 👍🏻, my younger sis 👧🏻 could eat 2 servings on her own😱😱

For me, chilli 🌶 plays a hugee role!😁 & Glad to say, @chefweihkcheongfun house-made chilli 🌶 was bombzzzz 💣 It has that kick🦵🏻to it as well as chunks of hae bee (dried shrimp🦐)! Packed full of umami & it’s so addictive, I kept adding more to my Cheong Fun😌 The chilli 🌶 also helps to balance out the sweetness😉

Definitely 💯 recommend you guys to try it out!! You get restaurant quality Cheong fun at affordable prices!🙈

Hahahahahaha after having a bowl of their piping hot 🔥 congee, it literally made my belly super happy🤣🤣 #comfortfood

The congee consistency is just nice 👌🏻, not to thick or watery 💧 with a creamy-like consistency & its got that niam niam feel🤪 If I’m not wrong, every congee bowl is topped with some dried scallops which gives that umami kick 🦵🏻

I was surprised to see @happycongeesg offering Rice Noodle Roll w Dough Stick (Zha Liang) cause not many places sells it‼️🤩

Loved it!😙 You get different textures here;)) As you bite into it, you have the thin but silky-smooth layer of Cheong Fan then you have the crispy yet fluffy you tiao (dough fritter)😌🤤 Wouldn’t recommend to dabao this home 🏡, cause I tried & the you tiao wasn’t as crispy anymore🥲

At the back of your mouth 👄, you get that mildly nutty flavour and fragrance👃🏻 from the sesame seeds😋 All the Cheong Fan I ordered, comes with a slightly sweet soy sauce😜
