We had the Thai Basil Pesto Pasta ($16) and the Truffle Cheese Pasta ($18). Portion was just nice. The Thai Basil Pesto Pasta's chicken was spicy and tasty. The Truffle Cheese Pasta was alright, would've appreciated it with bacon or an additional ingredient. For drinks we had a Matcha Latte ($6) and a Blue Pea Honey Latte ($7). The Matcha Latte was okay but the Blue Pea Honey Latte didn't have much of a taste. That aside, the best thing we would say we had was the Fried Cookie Dough with Gelato ($7.80) (we got the Apple Pie flavoured). It was delicious and extremely worth the price. We'll definitely be back for it! Since this place was tucked away at JEM's rooftop, there wasn't a crowd and the ambience was peaceful.
We ordered two bowls of their signature Wagyu beef don. The beef was really tasty and the texture was chewy (the good kind). Rice portion was just nice for me -- and it didn't feel too jelak even with the sesame mayo and egg. The miso soup was rich in flavour. Service was also good. The food is definitely worth the price. However, its quite a small eatery so the space is quite cramped. When I ate there, there were also a lot of stuffed toys and boxes of figurines lying around which made the interior pretty messy. But if you can get past that, you're in for some really good food.
