I was pleasantly surprised at how thick and flavourful the soup is! You can really tell that a lot of time and effort was taken to boil the broth and I enjoyed every bit of it. The prawn was very fresh and juicy, and the ngoh hiang was a great side dish to pair. An overall excellent experience and worth it :).
The first thing that stood out to me was the interior. I went in the evening and the lighting and decor portrayed a very relaxing atmosphere to me.
The store is located along East Coast Rd, which makes the restaurant very convenient and easy to find.
I really enjoyed the food and wine pairing, which was recommended by the staff. Special shout out to the Jarmon Bikini and Sambal Stingray. They were awesome!
The service staff were also very nice, checking in with us and make sure we are well taken care of.
Food was great, especially the skewers! The smokiness and taste was so good. I would definitely go back for the skewers! Honorable mentions are the grilled squid and crab cake.
The food were prepared well and the waiters were all very nice.
The place is quite chill and the meat was great! Their signature dish is apparently the BBQ pork ribs and there were a few flavours on the menu. I ordered their signature flavour bbq ribs since this was my first time here and it was cooked to my liking. The meat was tender and "fall off the bone". The calamari was ok, but I did not expect to like the truffle mac and cheese so much! The taste was great!
Location is convenient as it was just a short walk from Sixth Avenue MRT Station.
Overall a great experience! I'm curious to try their other BBQ ribs flavours!
