Nice Laksa & Mee Rebus At Northpoint
Had all the while walked past Kueh & Mee & wanted to try it's Kueh, but was sold out. So, today morning after meeting, went straight & was disappointed. The full range of kuehs was normally ready by around 11am to noon as what the staff told me as it was everyday freshly made. So, instead, I try their Laksa, Mee Rebus & a Nasi Uduk Supreme. Why I brought so many is because I had a voucher which need me to spent $20 to offset $5. I was impressed with the amount of ingredients in the Laksa & Mee Rebus.
The Laksa which I asked for no chili was acceptable to those who don't really like spicy. Their Laksa got lots of chicken meats in it & not those big chunk like those curry chicken noodle, but cut into much smaller size to get it well soaked in the fragrance gravy. It also comes with an egg, sliced fish cake, tau pok, bean sprout.
The unique part of it's Mee Rebus was it's chunky fried tofu. It's much bigger in size as compare to those we had used to, but yet just nice to fit every mouth. The gravy was thick & fragrance. There were also an egg, bean sprouts & sprinkle of some crushed peanut & shallot. It would be better if they include some sliced green chili.
Overall, it's very nice & I finished everything, including the gravy. As for the Nasi Uduk Supreme, my son loved it too.
