Nice spicy kick but not OTT, not too oily. Not too cold (yes, chilled but not like too cold if you get what I mean), and tender. Great dish can order.

Chicken, pork and beef skewers were all good. Some places just spam cumin but their seasoning is alot more balanced. Meat seems fresh and quite tender. Also not too fatty which is a plus!

The noodles has a nice bite to it but is not the qq kind. I like it though. Beef was very tender, toppings sufficient. Soup was mildly spicy, oily but not too over imo.

Can't wait to be back to try their other dishes!

Sze Chuan Chicken Noodles $7.90, add $1.90 for egg: I really like the flavours for these noodles!! It's spicy and tangy. Noodles were still QQ when I had it, despite being a takeaway. I could do with a little less oil though

The only issue faced was the lack of seats for the food stall at B4 Ion due to covid restrictions

🥟 Dumplings: we got to try their original, mala chicken, kimchi and cheese and truffle mushroom dumplings. The dumpling skin is a little chewy and not too thick, but because it is a takeaway kiosk, it can get a little soggy.
-- Mala chicken has a good spicy kick to it, not very numbing, but kind of spicy.
-- Original is juicy and flavourful
-- Truffle Mushroom has a good crunchy texture to it.

💵: 6pcs from $5.90 up

𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖 𝙓𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙪𝙤 麻辣香锅 ($1.98/100𝙜) - great mixture of spices and spicy level w/o being too oily. Price is reasonable and selection of ingredients is pretty extensive too.

𝑻𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒐 𝑬𝒈𝒈𝒔 番茄炒蛋 ($7): a good Tomato egg has smooth, silky, creamy eggs with slightly softened tomato (not mushy) and not too oily.

香辣虾 ($12): well seasoned, but personally, I'm not a fan of eating crunchy shrimp shell. So I had to remove the shell 😂.

水煮牛肉 ($12) - loving how tender the beef is, cooked in spicy, aromatic broth!

Everyone's favourite on the table.

𝙒𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 香辣石斑 ($28):the fish was beautifully presented in spicy, fragrant sauce. Personally felt that the fish can be more marinated / 入味.
