Bara Chirashi Don 🍲

Felt like it came out of the freezer but it wasn’t too bad!

Crunchy bites. Sesame seeds, tako, and cucumber bits mean that every bite is crunchy – I don’t recommend it if you prefer to slurp up the fishy chunks without being interrupted by random bitey bits. While I prefer the “sweeter” fish taste, this was more towards the fishy side!

The fish chunks may look small but they’re fresh and flavourful (more to the sweet side)!!! The ikura on top is a nice touch too!!

Deep deep deep massive bowl of rice. Sesame seeds are a nice touch. Fish is fresh and ok I guess!!! Personally prefer chunkier and slimier bits of feeeeeeesh.

Please take note of the size — Mini! It’s a small bowl that can fit into your palm. Fish and rice is sweet and flavourful.

Fresh fish sliced and diced with sweet rice. Chunky and chewy! Sugoi!!!
