Food I Love
Tried the Seafood Pao Fan, Supreme Prawn Noodles, and Ngoh Hiang Platter.
Really enjoyed the Pao Fan! Was super flavourful and they were quite generous with the prawns and lala. Ngoh Hiang platter was pretty nice too.
Worth a try if you’re in the area!
I tried each of the three soups (Original, Seafood, and Crayfish) and they were great! The soups had rich flavor, and the ingredients were good quality and very fresh. The prawns were super plump and the batang fish was tender and soaked up the delicious broth. However, I wouldn't really recommend the crayfish soup as the flavours were not very distinct and the prawns had more meat than the crayfish. The portion size was generous too!
Had the Butter Board, Chicken Ballotine, and Beef Cheek.
The beef cheek was so so tender and really worth it! Paired really well with the mustard foam.
The ambience and service were also excellent!
Really nice place with great vibes and food! (Also really loved the playlist there)
We had the Mentaiko Fries, Kimchi Pancake, Corn Cheese Ramyeon and Fried Chicken. The mentaiko sauce was super tasty and so much more generous than what you can get elsewhere, and the torched cheese on the kimchi pancake was really nice and made it unique, though I couldnt taste much kimchi (it could have been crispier too). The chicken was quite tasty and well cooked and the corn cheese ramyeon was good too! Overall definitely recommend trying this place out.
Had the Angus Burger and Baked Snapper with Sambal Aioli and they were both great!
What makes this place stand out is definitely the location. Really nice place to chill with friends or family under the stars.
We had the Specialty Beef Noodles + Premium Trio Braised Beef Noodles, and both were delicious!
The beef chunks were quite tender, swimming in a super flavourful broth. Was pretty interesting that they had three recommended ways of eating the Trio noodles. Personally, I liked mixing the sauce with dry noodles and pickled veges the most!
Ordered a range of their dumplings over the weekend. The dumplings came on time and were neatly packed and labelled so we knew what flavours they were. All of the dumplings were really delicious, and really liked the Hakka Pork Belly and Emperor’s Rice Dumpling flavours. Definitely generous with the ingredients. The Nonya and Pulut Hitam flavours were not something I was used to, but were pretty nice too!
Flaky pastry that covers a rich beef stew made with Guinness. Each spoonful was packed with flavour and it’s really a pity that this is only available in July.
Fresh crab meat and really tasty! Definitely worth a try. Quite fun to make your own rice balls also.
Ordered the Spicy Jjimdak and Rose Cheese Chiqueen.
Really large servings and chicken was nicely flavoured! Really love the generous amounts of cheese that came with the Chiqueen. Really nice service from the staff as well!
Always walked past this store but went to try it recently. The staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me choose and prepare the durians.
Ordered 3 boxes of Mao Shan Wang and it was super delicious! Really creamy, and the bitterness balanced nicely with the sweetness.
Had a great night at Fu Lin! Really interesting Chinese tapas concept and even more interesting decor. Really loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious too!! Highly recommend the meat skewers.
