I really like their wood-fired pizzas! Nicely charred with a delicate crust that is crispy yet chewy, topped with really tasty ingredients, awesome treat for the evening💕 Spread that runny egg 🍳on the carbonara & we really enjoyed it! As for the rockets & parma, I also love the balance of sweet & savoury in that option! ⁣

🦀 Crab Pappardelle- Saffron cream, Chives ($36). My 2nd favourite. The dish looks so innocent & I was secretly judging it when it was served since I can’t see any crab bits at first glance. But was pleasantly surprised by the distinctive crab fragrance and al dente pasta. Seafood or crab lovers should really try this!

🥩 Tagliatelle- 24hr braised beef ragu & parmigiano ($32). My favourite pasta of the night 💕 I was never a tomato-based pasta person, but I actually like this alot given its super flavourful & tender beef ragu👍🏻

Birthday celeb at this cosy Italian Pasta kitchen which serves hand-made pasta! 🙌🏻
First heard of them from a friend, but took me a while to finally drop by as they are always full! 🤩

Secured a Mon 830pm slot eventually & was so excited to try everything on their menu. Started our meal with their Roasted Potato 🥔 with Guanciale & Ricotta ($14), we actually enjoyed this the most that evening. I guess u will never get too wrong with carbs as starters😜

🍫 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐭 (𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞)- I’m not a sorbet fan, so I was a little skeptical at first! However I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it doesn’t taste like sorbet at all & its really creamy & good👍🏻 The dark choc flavour was intense and not too sweet, u really can’t tell that its dairy free if u dun mention it! ⁣⁣

🌼 Based on their recommendation, we also got the 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐮𝐦 & 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐍𝐢𝐛𝐬! Super intense Chrysanthemum taste, folks who love this drink will love this flavour. While the flavour was intense, it wasn’t too sweet & the addition of cacao bits kind of enhanced the texture and make each bite really pleasant. ⁣⁣

🧇 Their freshly baked waffle was on the thinner & chewier side, would prefer it to be more crispy & fluffy! Need to try their cone next time🍦⁣⁣

I honestly find all the dishes pretty good & I enjoyed all of them 👍🏻But if you need me to choose, I think both of their meat dishes were delish🤤 ⁣
Crispy skin with juicy & succulent lean meat, perfect for someone like me who dislikes too much fats in my meat! The pork belly was fragrant and soft & the duck confit was tender and nice❤️⁣
Their pastas were quite good too, flavourful & al dente! 🍝

Enjoyed dining there in general and find it really value for money with the 1-1 promo! Can check it out if you are looking for somewhere different😉

Our last dish was the 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐭 & 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦! It’s my first time trying this flat, broad pasta option & their rendition had marked a high standard for my future benchmark😉 nv a fan of tomato-based pasta but I actually enjoyed this with their duck ragout❤️⁣

Next up was the 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨 🍄⁣
Was surprised to see a mushroom risotto not served in white cream sauce! While the colour doesn’t look too good, it was delish 😋 Arborio rice with porcini mushrooms & parmesan cheese, simple yet authentic & good 👍🏻⁣

First up, the 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 😋⁣
This ring shaped pasta was served with Iberico Pork sautéed with parma ham, broccoli 🥦 & peas in mint olive oil & topped with parmesan!⁣
Mint is a big NO NO for me, however as the dish was really savoury & of quality, for the first time I concede defeat and gave in to the mint taste so that I don’t forgo the entire forest 🌳 The dish will be perfect for me without the use of mint😂⁣

We got the 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚!⁣
Both linguine options were not bad, but we were more surprised by the latter which came with chicken sausage & beef pepperoni in SUPER spicy marinara sauce! 🌶 when it first came, we all thought it was tomato based, till we took our first mouth, it was fiery hot but shiok😆⁣

Featuring their 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚- nicely baked crust topped with bacon/ mushroom & a runny egg in the middle. Hit my exact soft spot for runny eggs on carbs❤️⁣
