There's hit and miss from the Sunday brunch. There's so many dishes served that we are extremely full at the end of the brunch. Well, the memorable one are the seafood platter, foie gras terrine, bayonne ham & rock melon, poached egg benedict, seared scallop, pan seared foie gras, boston lobster thermidor, lobster bisque and red wine sorbet. We realised later that we can also place special order offline such as oyster only instead of the seafood platter. There's only few recommended dishes: Oyster, sashimi, laksa, lobster porridge, chilli crab brioche & durian penget. Well, if not for the dining credit, we definitely wldn't pay the full price $88++.

4.5⭐ Saw on HSBC wow that there's 1 for 1 lunch buffet. It's rare that there's oyster, snow crab, boston lobster on lunch menu. I immediately make a reservation after I saw these on the menu. We keep repeating order for the oyster and snow crab bcos these 2 are the best among the seafood platter. Oh well, we ate till so full that we skipped dinner.

We only ordered the salted egg prawn and white wine clams again. Well, the buffet is forgettable, I wanted to give it a try since it's $39++ which is almost equivalent to dining for 2 at a restaurant.

3⭐ Bought 1 for 1 lunch buffet deal during Chope birthday sale, was unable to get the flash deal which is couple of bucks cheaper. The Chope lunch buffet deal is only valid from Mon to Wed. The food are mediocre, only the marinated teriyaki chicken, pork belly marinated with sesame soy and yuzu lemon are worth mentioning. The beef are slice so thin that it keep sticking to the mesh grill and the BBQ beef are tough. Ordering is via tablet and quite a number of item which we have placed order are not served. The buffet time is limit to 90min per table and the tablet will automatically reject order after 55min. We couldn't order the fruit platter through the tablet and have to order manually.
