• Pork Sisig with extra egg - a teppan style stir fried pork pieces with eggs and green chili
• Bangus - their national fish, milk fish, extremely crisp and light
• Gambas - stir fried prawns in tomato, slightly too sweet
Hard to go wrong with filipino food!! So extremely fragrant and homely
