I wasn't expecting much from this shop. They were only selling three or four items which were beef pho, chicken pho and chicken glass noodles soup.
However, I was pleasantly surprised by the tenderness of the beef slices. The pho was cooked to perfection with great smooth and silky texture. The lightness of the soup brings out the sweetness of the beef.
Perfect match.
I enjoyed my beef noodles (regular) for $7.90 nett.
