SUPERB GRILLED BUTTERFISH cooked with squid and clams. For the price that I had to pay, this was so worth it. The crowd favourites are all meat dishes but you can definitely consider this if you’re looking for other options.
Hats off to the chef for this amazing combo! Grilled lamb shoulder in seafood broth along with fresh clams? Never thought it’ll work but it did!
Really liked how refreshing this was! This came with greens (rocket?), jackfruit, huge beetroot cubes and feta. A great start to an epic meal!
A huge fan of this! Think spicy bibimbap, but you have the option to turn em’ into cute little rice balls, FUN!
To me, service is key, and this cute spot along Jalan Mesui aced that factor. Quick service, observant and friendly staff members, knows exactly what the customers need. Very impressive!
Food wise, it was terrific. The meat cuts were fresh and juicy. Who doesn’t love a good Korean BBQ?
Of course, this comes with a slightly higher than average price tag. Nevertheless, I would go back for special occasions!
They do excellent caramelised pork belly! If you spot anything with pork belly on the menu, just go for it!
This may not look filling, but the wrap is actually jam-packed with meat and vege.
Always a fan of their oh-so tender and juicy chicken. Served with steamed veges and the best roasted potatoes.
I will totally pay extra for more potatoes!
Was super surprised by how good this tasted! Juicy crust seared beef patty sandwiches between fluffy buns was the perfect mid-day hunger solution.
Enough to feed 4!
Meat was soooo juicy. If you’re all about keeping fit, avoid the skin because that’s we’re all the fatty goodness went. But if you don’t mind the extra calories, dig right in. (The latter is very much recommended, worry about your diet tomorrow).
Came here for the duck, stayed for the char siew and siu yok.
I kid you not, the siu yok was the very definition of melt-in-your-mouth. Char siew was perfectly caramelised.
Noodles were super springy.
Osaka Kitchen is famed for their okonomiyaki, in which up to 30 minutes of preparation is needed. Each set comes with one of these big fat babies which is definitely enough to feed 2 (or even 3)!
Eat it while it’s hot! It’s super delicious! I loved it although I struggled to finish the whole thing with my partner (we couldn’t).
PS. If you’re not a fan of the mayo and sweet sauce, you can choose to opt out the condiments!
Tender and juicy beef. Though for its price, I would definitely expect more than this.
