An unlikely dessert to have in Cambodia but I chanced upon Australian ice cream @aquas_au and was intrigued to try the sea salt and tiramisu soft serve swirl. Interesting together but greater apart, I liked both flavors for its own uniqueness and the fact that it wasn't overly sweet!
Apparently it's in Singapore too at Orchard Xchange, having local flavors like pandas vanilla and bandung. Shall head down to @aquas.sg for a visit as well 😋

It's like a 小辣 level but they've got the smokiness of the stir fry pretty spot on with its peppery seasoning. Let this be on regular menu please @kfc_sg ...

Pizzas were good and the baked potato skins were awesome. Pasta.. not so much. To more 1 for 1s! #burpplebeyond .

After trying the same at both Sun Plaza and punggol branch, i still find the broth more flavourful and creamier at the original branch.

this time in KL!
First stop was the frequent contender in "Cafes to visit in KL" articles.
Food was pretty good, vibe was nice, service was great. But coffee wise, i think I'm spoilt by places like @cshhcoffee & @thuscoffee in SG, which have fuller body. Still, the food is worth returning for! (Was expecting to watch VCR tapes too. But dont have leh. Lol ) .📍 VCR Cafe .💰💰💰 | ✔✔✔✅✅

And it has to come with a sunny-side up! When it didn't, we took every effort we could to communicate with the local stall owner to top our rice with one (FYI, egg is called Kai!) Salt Baked Fish is also a must! Steamy fresh white meat with sour spicy Thai seafood sauce mix. *stomach growls again* 🤰🏻

I prefer crispier waffles (shoutout to @hatterstreet!) but this was pretty yummy as well :) .

Given the price, i was expecting better quality jap rice and more flavours to the truffle but was disappointed. @kabukesg Still tops the list for truffle waygu don!

BUT I found Sri Lanka's char kway teow! It's called Kottu, basically rolled-up wheat pancake chopped up into bits and stir fried with spices. It's a little thicker than kway teow. A bit like ban mian. OMG ITS BAN MIAN GORENG. This needs to start being sold in Singapore.
