Pancakes/Waffles 🥞

Woah this was 💯💯 abit ex but the pancake was super flavourful n chock full of kimchi, perfectly salty as well. The cheese on top was stringy n when u pick up the pancake there’s a cheese pull also 😍 when u eat it tgt wahhhhh max sinful but also so good... the other kbbq stuff at the obba jjajjang kbbq outlet was also quite solidos hoho would recommend!

Pancakes were rly soft n fluffy, n the matcha flavour went well w it. The brown sugar sauce was smokey n intense w the pancakes too, and the mochi balls were chewy and bouncy as well. I liked that the whipped cream lent a light n nice touch to the dish too :-)

So apiary is always the place I go to whenever i eat dinner in Tanjong Pagar bc it’s one of the more famous ice cream and waffle places in that area haha. But tbh it’s alright!! Tastes like any other ice cream n waffles uh or maybe it’s just me but as long as it’s cold n sweet it’s g so I don’t rly compare so much plus I don’t rly have a v sweet tooth 🤭

Waffles were slightly burnt but the maple butter was v good, loved that it had a great balance of salty-sweet richness! Pour it into the crevices of the waffle n eat it tgt w the fried chicken! Salted egg yolk sauce was alright :-) Fried chicken was crunchy

Very filling, a dish to share w friends :-) Quite liked the coffee flavours I think it’s pretty unique n the coconut shavings provided texture contrasts

Ambience is lovely with glass walls and natural lighting, which makes for ample food photography opportunities. The pancake is rly tasty, very filling (bc it’s thick) and kinda tastes like a cross between a muffin and pancake. The ice cream and sweet cornflakes add a real nice crunch and contrast!

Visited on a Saturday and there was this offer where u buy 1 pancake and get the 2nd stack at 50% discount(not sure if it’s still on). Pretty worth it with the offer, food was also filling and looked pretty! Halal location too :-)
