Soup is beautifully cooked. When I drank the soup, I remembered my sick girlfriend and she should drink it too, but she recovered already. Maybe next time bring for her!
This was supposedly a signature/recommended dish, but taste-wise, it was bland and ordinary at best. Wouldn’t pay full price for it (24SGD++)
This was SO GOOOOD, it was unreal. Without a shadow of doubt, best PBJ I’ve ever had in my life.
The Chahan unagi (unagi with garlic fried rice, $21.90) was a letdown and definitely not worth its price point. The garlic fried rice was bland and oily, while the unagi was subpar at best. The chilli fried rice ($19.80) was really good though — real chunks of crab meat were used and the spice added a real kick to the dish! The flavouring for the fried rice was also on point and I loved how the spiciness did not overpower my senses to the extent that it was difficult for me to taste and appreciate the other aspects of the dish. Overall, I will definitely be back for the spicy fried rice
This was really good! Unlike normal pancakes, I believe that they make their batter using 7 different types of grains — which really shone through in their taste and texture! The matcha cream didn’t taste cloyingly sweet, but was light and flavourful (a definite plus!). Will definitely be back, given my soft spot for pancakes and the rarity of good pancakes in Singapore!
Severely underrated — every bite was full of ooey gooey cheesy goodness, balanced out by the mushrooms! This is significantly smaller than the other sandwiches though, so I would get this over the rest if I were looking to get something less substantial than the rest of the options!
