Went here for a birthday celebration on a busy Fri night. They allowed a free cake slice although it wasnā€™t the actual birthday. Much appreciated for the service. Got the mango mousse and it was an alright cake. Too bad Ondeh2 cake isnā€™t allowed for the free cake.

For drinks, Ordered the Butter Beer which was to me tasted just like a Root Beer Float ($10.90) with marked up price and ordered for the sake of novelty. Had the Sriracha Chicken ($14.90) which came in a pretty tiny portion and just doused mostly with cheese. Not worth and u can skip it.

Ordered the Aglio Olio ($18.90) too, requested non-spicy for the kids but still came tasting like Mala noodles. If it was me eating it, it was not bad. But gave feedback we aldy requested non-spicy for the kids and they gave us another one on the house despite us aldy finishing the one given. Kudos to that.

Also had the Spicy Beef Spaghetti ($21.90) which is just too expensive and nothing in that dish justifies that price tag. Skip it.

The main item which is the Lobster Thermidor ($44.90) came with two lobster bodies with crazy cheese topping n some sauces to go with it at the side. Nothing special, again a cheese heavy dish with white sauce. There wasnā€™t much meat and they put tons of mushroom in it to make it look fuller i guess.

All in all, I still much prefer Malayan council to Noosh as theyā€™ve pretty similar dishes n concept. In terms of food, this place isnā€™t very kid friendly as well. Wonā€™t come back again.

Place is hidden but very spacious and nice place to chill with both indoor and outdoor seatings.

Had the CMP ($9.90) which is chicken, mushroom and pesto pasta. Itā€™s good and i liked it but for a kick u can request to make it spicy šŸŒ¶ The Hot Choco ($3.90)kinda tasted like milo and was pretty small.. u can skip it.

Not in picture: Had the cream of mushroom ($3.90) which comes with a garlic bread. Order it, itā€™s pretty good and the bread is bigger than average and itā€™s pillowy. We ordered three more bread for $1 each.

Heard so much about their food and has been wanting to come for a while now. Finally headed down for lunch around 3+ with an empty stomach so I ordered quite a bit: beef rendang, vegetables lodeh, sambal goreng, sotong, ayam bakar and bergedil for two pax. Was so hungry that i forgot to snap a pic.

Overall, their food was quite salty, especially the rendang. Not sure if it was just that day but couldnā€™t bring myself to finish it as other dishes was salty as well.. even the bergedil. Weird. Other dishes were really mediocre and even the chili was pretty mild and do not have the kick to it. Despite being pricier, I will choose Hajjah Maimunah anyday for the variety and taste. Honestly, very disappointed :(

Ordered the highly raved Smoke Duck Linguine ($28) and very generous portion, recommended to share for two. Succulent pieces of smoke duck and I think this will suit those who love lemak cili padi but cannot take the spice as the taste is pretty watered down.

Cheesy Kupang ($15) was really delicious with huge and plenty of mussels thrown in. Had to mop all the deliciousness with bread, for an additional $5. Wish the bread was toasted instead of soft. Dish got too jelak at the end so recommended to share with at least 3!

The malayan wings ($14) was nice and crispy with kicap manis sauce. The salmon yakitori was on the house and this was nice as well with specks of cili padi and the sauce ( cuz itā€™s free alsošŸ˜…šŸ˜‚) Really good hospitality šŸ‘

Last but not least, the most popular item here Ondeh-Ondeh Cake ($9.50) definitely did not disappoint with the taste staying true to the kueh itself. Eat with the vanilla ice cream at the side for a more cooling experience. Must try!!

Overall, have to say good food but even better service with free dish and a complimentary durian cake and $20 voucher with no minimum spending for our next returnšŸ˜± Now this is how u get people to come back šŸ’Æ

Had the Laksa Pasta with choice of Penne. So good and must order. Creamy laksa base which goes well with the Penne and generous amount of different seafood given. Worth it and will return to get it!

Ordered the Truffle Shoestring Fries as well which was very fragrant and addictive. Do get it!!
