We were the only ones indoor while a few other groups had their dinner in the outdoor seating area.

We chose the dinner set which came with a choice of appetiser, main and dessert! We had the truffle mushroom soup, iberico pork, duck confit and creme brûlée.

The highlight was definitely the truffle mushroom soup, which was so rich and creamy, with an intense truffle flavour.

Mains were pretty decent, though I have tasted better duck confit and iberico pork.

All in all, a super value for money dinner. Somewhere to bring your date without breaking the bank.

This fish certainly did not die in vain. It’s our first time at Tan Yu. We chose the green pepper limbo fish since it was recommended by many. We also asked for 少麻 as we are not big fans of the numbing taste. We added the golden combination set (crabstick, enoki mushroom, potato and lotus root) to complete the meal .
.
The fish was amazing! It was fresh, juicy and tender, and went really well with the sauce. It was so good and we were trying to fish out every piece of meat.
.
We will definitely be back again to try the other options!

I usually order the 2 pax set, which is large enough to share among 3 of us. The star of the dish must be the beef rendang, which was so tender that the meat just fell off the bone. The dish also comes with chicken curry, achar, potato patty and fragrant rice. .

I would recommend the big bowl ($5) for the extra ingredients. The noodles come with Chinese sausage, wanton, char siew, crispy pork lard, and vegetables. I love to add a spoonful of chilli flakes for the extra kick! The noodles are also springy and flavourful. Overall, a good bowl of wanton mee!

Upon recommendations from my colleagues, we went to this restaurant on L2 of IMM for grilled fish. The restaurant was decorated to look like a submarine. We chose the 香辣 sauce for our grilled seabass and it was delicious! Strongly recommend to give it a try if you are around the area!

This is one of our favourite traditional Hokkien restaurants. They have tasty and authentic Hokkien cuisines, suitable for large group gatherings or family dinners. I usually order their Kong Ba Bao and I strongly recommend it! They usually would give a free bowl of dessert after dinner too.

This is such a hidden gem! Located at the Jurong east bus interchange, the stall sells this Chinese street snack which looks like a prata / flatbread seasoned with all kinds of spice / preserved vegetable. Freshly baked in a clay oven, its super affordable and tasty!

Hands down my favourite tendon restaurant! They serve a huge bowl of tendon at a very reasonable price! Not sure what’s with the bad reviews on Google, but to me, this is a very good bowl of tendon. Well marinated and generous serving of tempura!

Collin’s has opened at Westgate! Decided to give it a try during lunch. They have free drinks/dessert/sides during lunch with every main course. I had the prawn and sausage pasta. It was tasty but price is on the higher side. Nice ambience and fast service, will be back to try other main dishes!

This truffle mushroom stuffed pizza is so so good! Love everything about it! Do give it a try if you are around the corner.

Situated at L2 of IMM, this restaurant serves decent and reasonably priced Bak Kuh Teh. Service is not the best but dishes are tasty. We like to order the Ma You Chicken alongside the BKT.

Starker is the go to place for happy hour in Jurong East. The new menu serves a large variety of bar food including this salted egg sweet potato fries! We also had truffle pizza which was really delicious too!
