Thanks but No Thanks!

Don’t bother visiting the place if you are in a rush because it takes 20~30mins to serve up one order/one set. Soup was watery bland, tempura was badly done (not crispy!!) and not hot when served up so I’m wondering why it’s taking so long for servings. Open kitchen shows a Filipino cooking and then the floor manager has to step in to help with cooking. Terrible service with service charge inclusive, pricing is NOT reasonable with bad cooking. Not worth to spend your hard work money at.

Usually unlimited servings of eggs served in Japanese stalls are not left with water droplets and this goes to show that Tensho staff did not bother about reputation of the brand or the authentic way to serving Japanese food. Totally turn off by the cold water droplets on the eggs on all the tables served.

Food was alright only and service was really bad! 2nd time I'm here and service is still lack-luster. The cafe should not even be charging service charge!
