That curryyy is the STAR! Sooo goood!! I was on the lookout for a good curry with prata after being severely disappointed by Springleaf. The curries there were bad... Plus, at this food court at Suntec, they make the pratas fresh! So they're hot, crispy and fluffy. I've had better pratas but the curry was so good, all was forgiven. 2 plain pratas at $3 - worth it.
Always love anything kecap manis so this was an obvious choice, and a great choice! Meat was tender and the soy sauce covering it was just a simply great combo of savoury and sweeeet!

The most springy noodles everrr! Not starchy like many other ban mians. The chicken was so tenderrr!! And the mala - additional $1 for that scoop or mala paste - makes everything so much better! The soup was something special too, it wasn't tasteless and had an egg in it ...it was just good. Then the chilli was something special too! A little sweet and sour and garlicky but still spicy! This is definitely a must try for all spicy food lovers 🤤🤤🤤🔥🔥🔥
Total price: $5.50
Slightly salty with surprisingly generous portions of chicken and fried onions. Perfect for this rainy weather and to fight this soar throat.
$3.50
The chicken was fresh and so tender! Better than the other times I've had Penyet King! A very generous lathering of the sweet and savoury Ayam Bakar sauce and a huge piece of chicken. Could see exactly how tender and fresh the chicken was when the tofu seemed tough in comparison. See that soup over there in the background? That's the best Ayam Bakar soup ever! That colour itself hints at a great flavour and the taste doesn't disappoint. So deliciously oniony!
$6.60
The noodles themselves were alright. With the sauce being slightly on the stronger side of umami flavour, with a hint of tang, the soba was palatable and disappeared pretty fast. It's not like they were delicious, or I was hungry. They were just so savoury, although, not entirely in a good way, that they went down pretty fast. The omelette was nice and runny, with the right amount of sauce in it. It may have been just a bit too runny for me.
$6.30
Look at the amount of chilli given when no extra chilli was asked for! The chicken was great, too. Also, look at the presentation 😍
$5.90
I've had this at other food courts and this was the most imbalanced proportion of curry to rice. There was too little curry for too much rice.
$6.90
Well-cooked noodles with a nice savoury sauce.
$5.50
One of the better food court chicken chops. The chicken chop is pretty large and tender as it is battered like how ayam penyet is made. You can choose your sides and have fries instead of the bread. Worth a try!
The salmon was dry, as expected of any food court salmon dish. Even with the sides of fries and coleslaw, somehow this was not filling. Do try the fish and chips instead, which they are better known for (other outlets). This was $10.90.

There's a new Fish & Chicks outlet at JEM!
I expected Mexican spices instead of what you can see in the picture - an explosion of nacho cheese sauce. That was bit disappointing and woww that was a lot of sauce. There was also a brown sauce which tasted a lot like the one used with mashed potatoes.
The chicken was not dry, so I don't understand the point of drenching it with two sauces. There was a thick layer of skin underneath, so in the end I was still hungry. It wasn't filling. Even with the fries. Which, btw, were nicely seasoned.
Try the main fish and chips here instead! They should be better.
This was $8.90
