It is one of the worse places for just coffee! No service and if at all bad. Staff came in and out as waiting for a table. When being served by one, whom walked away to say he will get us the table and he never came back. It’s a madhouse. Had to also wait for clean cups for water. Took over 10 mins to get attention of staff. Would not recommend it. Better places elsewhere.

Patties were dry and cold on both the 1000 island and western BBQ. That’s because so many were made and just sitting on the grill. Cheese had not melted and hard. The onion rings were cold and oily. As bad as the meal was the service. The kitchen totally forgot the order and didn’t apologise. The ground floor was rude and said if you have something to say go tell the kitchen. With the quality and service, this place should close soon. Think the franchisee and franchisor needs to get a hold of their staff and put in quality control.
