This is to die for... Few layer of different texture... From the top the meringue itself... Spread with a layer of ganache...Than a layer of Coco sponge... ganache again... Last with a thick layer of moist chocolate cake below to complete...
The juice inside the lightbulbs are real fruits - watermelon... Mint leaves... Pineapple... Mango and so on... Refreshing and delicate... Carefully curated by the owner of this cafe... Thumbs up...
