Places To Bring TARO đ¶
Huge fan of their dedication to good food and affordable prices (and you can bring your dogs!). Their pastas have always satisfied and you get a generous four prawns in a tasty aglio olio pasta (though ours today was a little undercooked). But no complaints, weâve been here many times and itâs always a great experience thatâs friendly on the wallet.
This pasta comes chock full of ingredients; think soft shell crab, prawns, fried fish all on top of a tasty chilli crab pasta. Very value-for-money and yummy too!
Whew, this is one fusion pasta that delivers on what it promises! A slick, numbing gravy sticks to each strand and a generous combination of various mushrooms, chicken slices and peanuts. Very tasty, we kinda suspect that it they might be using the HDL soup base, but thatâs just pure speculation. đ
MĂ©nage Cafe serves up some of the best food out of the pet cafes weâve visited so far, so Taro and us will definitely be back!
Brought my little furball out to another pet cafe today but was pleasantly surprised by the standard and prices of the nosh here! The food has been one of the best from the pet friendly places weâve been to (even better than certain cafes out there) and affordable to boot.
The Chilli Crab Pasta does look intimidating but itâs quite a good mix between sweet and spicy. It comes with a tasty battered soft shell crab and even prawns. Did wish the egg was folded in more like the usual chilli crab sauce, but thatâs just a small gripe. Taro (my doggy) gives this place his paw of approval! đŸ
Collect gasp as this MASSIVE rack of ribs was placed on our table. Itâs what youâd expect, a sweetish BBQ sauce on quite a tender set of ribs. Definitely a good amount of meat, making this great for sharing.
Didnât particularly appreciate the slightly cold service though. For a pet cafe, the staff didnât seem to really like the doggies, looking like they were more keen to close for the day.
Forgot to take a photo of the prices, but was pleasantly surprised by the food at this dog cafe! It isnât âcheapâ for zi char food but do remember that youâre also paying to chill and let your fur friends hang out too!
The bak kut teh was flavour packed and quite intense; good if you like your BKT peppery (though could have been a tad less salty). The meat I got was sufficiently tender and easy enough to just tear off with a pull from my teeth. Really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with all the doggos free to roam, and of course they have food for them as well!
