To all lazy people like me that thinks the pineapple fillings is very troublesome.

You guys won't be able to get this in Singapore. This chicken is yellow skinned, got exercise gaogao until very fit and fed with corn & rice.
This is one of the popular dish which can be found in China Hainan, Wanning (basically my hometown) call Hou An Fen Tang (å¾å®ē²ę¹Æ) cooked by my mother.
First ,clean the pork intestine and pork stomach(suggest to stuffed some ground peppers inside first), then marinate the lean meat with sesame oil and soya sauce, after that boil big pork bone soup, with the pork intestine,pork stomach ,pork liver, pork ribs and marinated lean meat, add salt and pepper moderately and then boil for 4 hours ,while waiting to boil, fry some chopped garlics chopped some veggies and spring onions.
When the soup is done ,basically just take out everything except for the pork bone and chop into smaller pieces. Then bring out the soup and boil ,put in the kway teow and chopped meats etc. Add an egg, vegetables ,spring onion and fried garlic when the kway teow is ready.
Suggest to go Hainan Wanning to try the authentic one. Will not regret !
It's my first time cooking post workout food, actually found out that marinating chicken breast meat with lemon juice really taste great.
The ingredients I use on these veg and meat is only ground pepper, olive oil ,sea salt and chopped garlic and mixed it all around with the veg and mushrooms first, as for the chicken, first dry the chicken with wet towel then for marinating is the same just that I added lemon juice and cling wrap and refrigerate for 30mins,
Baked at 200ā for about 15mins for the veg and mushrooms, and 30mins for the chicken.
