Not the most beautiful dish but it tastes good and is a good deal. Very simple dish of minced tuna belly with a poached egg and copious anmounts of fresh chopped spring onions. Mix it all together, season it to taste with some soy sauce and Wasabi and this makes for a pretty good meal.

The crab was clearly frozen. However, that is reasonable at this pricepoint. The meat was still sweet and the portion is generous. The creamy and salty Mentaiko sauce is delicious and goes well with the crab.

This classic is still very good. Crisp breading breaks apart leading to moist, juicy flesh. If you don't want to pay more for their premium pork options, you'll still be very satisfied with this. Their rice and pickles are also good.

Generous chunks of seared foie gras are glazed with a sweet sauce and served with an Onsen Egg over Japanese rice. What I liked about this was the pairing worked well. However, I found the sauce too sweet and the foie gras not seared that well. (no crust) Overall, still a decent dish at the relatively reasonable price for fans of foie gras.

A nice fried option for diners who want something to add to their bowls of chirashi. The chicken thigh was juicy and crispy but the batter seems to have soaked a bit too much oil, making it a pretty greasy dish after a few bites. The tangy sweet and sour sauce definitely helped cut the grease though and its a great order to share between 2 people in addition to the chirashi dons
The toppings change according to the season and will be customized by the chef. The portion of sashimi is extremely generous. We love the fact that there is a nice mix of aburi and raw sashimi slices but the rice was pretty ordinary. Standouts were the tuna belly (toro), flounder (hirame) and big shrimp (botan ebi). Definitely worth checking out for sashimi lovers! .

The 2 Singapore branches of this famous Japanese sushi restaurant are very good and consistently produce some of the best sushi in Singapore. Their sea urchin in particular is probably the best in the country. šš

This Chirashi Don uses fantastic fish, shrimp and little bits of sea urchin. Quality of the seafood is very good and the rice is also solid though not outstanding. Comes with a small plate of pickles and a crab croquette as well as a non pictured dessert and miso soup. In my opinion, one of the best high end Chirashi deals in Singapore. Absolutely worth trying.
Around $6.50 for the tuna belly handroll and $3.20 for the salmon maki.
Pretty solid fare from a chain sushi restaurant in Singapore. Particularly like the tuna belly handroll which is fatty and melts in the mouth. The salmon temaki also features generously cut salmon and is delicious. Overall, a solid place to get your fix of affordable Japanese food.
