A very good dish. This rendition of a bouillabaisse clearly has Chef Yonemura's Japanese touch as its much lighter than a traditional French one. The broth is still very flavorful and the classic rouille sauce is great. Lobster And oysters are fresh and well cooked. A good dish and one of the highlights of a meal here.
The sauce is served with their superb modern Bouillabaise and it goes well with that. However, I also love it just spread on one of their fantastic freshly baked crusty breads. The sauce has strong hints of cayenne and garlic, providing depth to the stunningly luxurious core flavour of saffron. Downright delicious 😋

This is a pretty famous dish served at many Robuchon restaurants around the world and we've tried it a few times at various outlets. Its good but we find it slightly lackluster compared to other dishes, especially at the 3 star outlets. Its still a moist, well glazed center cut fillet but we'd recommend trying something else instead unless you really like cod

Here is one of the great dishes we had last December, Roasted Bungalow Sweet Pork Belly at the 1 Michelin ⭐ Modern Australian Osia Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa 🇸🇬
This great ingredient was superbly roasted, extremely juicy with perfectly crisp skin. It was served with a flavorful bell pepper and tomato sauce, a sweet reduction, blobs of mustard and fluffy roast baby potatoes. Simply Delicious. I would recommend this over the other options for main course like a simple steak or grilled fish.
