Straight from their menu - "Crafted for chocolate lovers with our signature dark, milk and white chocolate ice cream on a bed of chocolate soil and decorated with chocolate meringue, tuile and mousse to indulge your senses."
Signature Dark was a little too bitter for my partner but I thought it was pretty rich and smooth. It was surprisingly less bitter than my Signature 66% Dark Chocolate Drink.
My partner preferred Signature Milk. However, it wasn't exactly to my liking because I can't really taste the chocolate. Perhaps the Signature Dark was too overwhelming that I could no longer taste the others.
Signature White is supposedly White Chocolate but we thought that it tasted more like Milk or Vanilla. There was hardly White Chocolate flavour to it.
Overall, we loved the chocolate soil/cookie crumbles/biscuits and the chocolate meringue, tuile and mousse. We thought that they complemented the ice cream very well. In fact, we like them better than the ice cream.
We'll definitely visit again soon!
P.S. Thanks again Burpple for this great opportunity!

I was never a fan of Dark Chocolate. Dark Gallery has truly brought a whole new experience for me. Their Signature 66% Dark Chocolate was not entirely bitter and if you're wondering what exactly is the frozen version??? It is really just milk blended with their dark chocolate cubes.
I think it would have been more gratifying if i've ordered their Frozen Chocolate Cube Latte because then i would be able to witness the melting of chocolate cubes as i pour the milk from a separate jar. Anyways, according to their website/menu, the Signature 66% Dark Chocolate is "made with The Dark Galleryβs signature chocolate blend of pure Valrhona chocolate couvertures" and they are "smooth, rich and luscious!". So is it true? Well, I agree but of course do expect some chocolate clumps in your chocolate drink or not if you're lucky π
P.S. Also thanks Burpple for the experience! I've finally made it to The Dark Gallery!

This is mango ice topped with a scoop of durian ice cream. Never in my life did I think that the durian flesh of durian ice cream could go so well with mango ice. You really got me this time, Jin Jin Dessert!! I'm not a lover of durian and yet I'm craving for more Gangster Ice!
Now I get why both the Gangster Ice and Power Cendol are featured on their signboard and why there're always long queue at their stall. So now guys, you know what to order the next time you're at Jin Jin Desserts π

They really live up to their standards. This Power Cendol is really POWER! Their gula melaka sauce is very addictive and on point, and one bowl is just never enough!!
This is our second visit to Jin Jin Dessert and the reason why we are even there in the first place was because of this Power Cendol!!
This is a must-to-order dessert if you're there at ABC Brickworks!
Forget about your usual dessert orders, and try this! I guarantee you will not regret!

Got this for my graduation gift! I love everything and anything that has cheese!
It has a thicker and more creamy cheese texture and flavour compared to the 15-cm Original Cheese Tart. Compared to BAKE, this is less cheesy and I think it's great for those of you who like cheese but not too much of it!

Unlike the Chocolate, this has a mild Matcha flavour and stronger Cheese taste. I am not a huge fan of Matcha so this is just nice for me. Not to mention, it is lighter and more refreshing compared to the Original and Chocolate. I'll definitely go for this again!

To be honest, I could hardly taste the cheese in this Chocolate Pablo Mini Tart. It's more liken to a a chocolate tart rather than a cheese tart. Still, it was really good. Love the strong chocolate flavour and creamy texture of the chocolate base.

This was really good. The durian flavour was tip top. There's no words to describe this crepe so why don't you make a trip down and give it a try???

Recommended by Food King. I don't find this radish cake that special but the chilli sauce did go very well with the radish cake (well, it should).
Compared to other Chinese radish cakes, this wasn't that oily and yet still manage to maintain the good old taste of radish cakes. I guess that's why it's one of their best-selling items!

'A unique combination of white chocolate and sweet-salty butterscotch with a dark chocolate swiss roll' --- taken from their website
I couldn't taste the white chocolate. But the rest seems about right. I was expecting a more white chocolate flavoured cake but I was wrong. Didn't like this cake and I wouldn't get it again.
The staff at this outlet however were very proactive and friendly. They recommended their best-selling cake which we didn't go for and I totally regretted. I guess we should just go for their best-selling items the next visit!

They're really just your average tasting desserts.
But if you happen to stay around the neighbourhood, it's a pretty good place to hang out and chill. Not to mention, they serve both hot and cold desserts at very affordable prices.

We had Peanut Soup with 5 Tang Yuan and Longan Soup with 4 Tang Yuan. To be honest, I'm not a fan of these soups. I only like eating tang yuan with fillings and I have to say that these tang yuans were big, soft and chewy.
I've tried all 5 flavours - Yam, Peanut, Black Sesame, Red Bean, and Matcha. Yam was kind of tasteless and Matcha was sort of weird for me. I still prefer the originals - Peanut, Black Sesame and Red Bean.
