Crispy on the skin and just about cooked on the inside. Still pink and good! Loved it and loved the accompanying sauce and oranges. I've had salmon here twice and they consistently ace it!

A refreshing starter which provided a good balance to our omelette. It's a starter that tastes of summer!

You can either choose to have 2 courses or 3. For each course, you have two choices. We decided to each choose one and share! Omelette Samfaina was delicious. The omelette was moist on the inside and in case you are wondering what Samfaina or Xamfaina is, it's basically the Catalan version of the French ratatouille. I loved it! Healthy and hearty.

The Sol y Sombra blew us away! Carajillo rum ice cream, coffee granita and crema Catalana. All our protests were silenced and we all ate up every morsel of this delectable dessert! An amazing ending to a wonderful evening. Some facts we learnt yesterday evening. Each month, there's a different collaboration and a different venue. How is it possible to make such light, thin toasts and encase dark chocolate in them? Served with orange candied zest and raspberry, this disappeared in a jiffy, despite our protests of lack of stomach space! *

I didn't expect them to serve suckling pig this way and it was interesting. Wrapped and deep fried it wasn't heavy at all, you have to mop up all the white sauce that came with it (not visible here). Loved the chips, green chillies and marinated red peppers that accompanied the tostadas. Yummy!

We really enjoyed this paella. The scallops were plump and juicy and the pork, it melts in your mouth!

I am always sceptical when it comes to squid, having had really good ones in Galicia and San Sebastián a few summers ago. I must say that Chefs Jordi and Frank totally brought me back to my Spanish summer. This was done to perfection! Served with artichokes and baby faba beans, absolutely delicious!

What a clever play of flavours and textures. It's almost like eating sushi but with an explosion of flavours! Absolutely enjoyed every bite of this course.

The sardines with heirloom tomatoes were really delicious! I loved how the heirloom tomatoes tasted. Sweet and full of flavour. We were blown away and eagerly waited for our next course!
