๐ญ: As required by Chef Remsey, the salmon skin is crispy!!! Charred salmon is yum! Serving portion was good, the seasoned rice made me finished every grain of rice! Broccoli is not overcooked too๐๐ป.

: ๐ a sushi roll can almost never go wrong as long as the ingredients are fresh
๐ธ: $20++ for 6 pieces
๐ญ: again, not too worth it in my humble opinion. The fish slices were pretty thin. The rice was not pressed firm enough so it was falling apart a bit. Fish were fresh tho.

๐ธ: $40++ for 120g which is full portion (on Burpple beyond)
๐ญ: We were still hungry...luckily it was on burpple beyond. The taste was kinda good enough for its price but definitely no major wow factor. The steak was flavourful but portion was really tiny (im not even a huge eater). We ordered extra sushi roll but was still not enough ๐ definitely a place for a fancy treat.

๐ญ: ๐ i like the dipping sauce that came with it - some sort of salty tasting vinaigrette. Liked how it wad a little charred. Pretty yums gyoza there.

๐ญ: ๐ indeed v fragrant with the truffle added in the soup! The yolk of flavoured egg was of good consistency. Besides that 2 slices of pork (which was a little over my porky smell limits) there only cabbage in the soup. Other ingredients comes at an extra cost.
Overall, decent tasting ramen. The soup was nice with the truffle which might have overpowered the sweetness of the broth. The TRUFFLE saved the day!!!

๐ญ: ๐the dipping sauce was probably made with the "juice" of the beef which made it quite yummy...its a korean-japanese fusion menu serving difficult cuts of meat for you to bbq on the charcoal stove.
I've been eyeing on flying these uni into my belly since forever. The opportunity has finally arrive as we celebrate PB's birthday and spend time to bliutify our faces together.
In the bowl: negitoro, ikura, sweet shrimp, uni & scallops (as huge as my cheeks)

We got the party set, but there's definitely an option to select the items individually. Freshness and goodness in the mouth, and happiness in our bellies. Zairyo imports directly from japan to ensure that their seafood are always fresh! Stalk them on IG to get the latest updates!

๐ญ: ๐ OFFICIALLY MY FAVOURITE WAGYU DON!!! OMG I CANNOT NOT BURRPLE THIS!!!
Packed with all my favourite ingredients! The beef was definitely premium and was so well marinated and cooked to perfection - tender and flavourful. The fried slices of garlic were crispy and fragrant. Every mouthful was bursting with different textures and flavours. The foie gras was cut into cubes and pan fried to a beautiful consistency - a little charred on the outside but melts in the mouth. The uni, best i had in SG, so creamy & fresh, and generous with the serving too! I TOTALLY LOVED this!!! Made my afternoon so HAPPY!!! #happybelly
Reminiscing the awesome taste on my taste buds makes me hungry again!!
Finally got ourselves in here...
No occasion, just looking for a treat since i took PM AL ๐
๐ธ$48++
๐ญ ๐ fish was definitely good, fresh and neatly plated as shown. Not too sure what are the various white fish i've eaten.
Somehow everything else that were prepared behind the bar looked a lot more enticing. Unfortunately, it was off the menu. ๐คThen how do i get to put them into my mouth?
Part of the set
Daaaaa-yuuummm!!!
Very flavourful eggu ๐
Officially my favourite Unagi restaurant!!!
The Unagi doesnt get any fresher than this!
Served with fresh wasabi (YUMMY! The only kind of wasabi i'll eat), broth and pickles. There are some condiments by the side. Remember to try them out!
๐ธ $26.80+ very decently priced for sth so FRESH & sooooo YUMMY!
Verdict: ๐ Now my life is ruined cause it serves the most delicious unagi i had!!! So i'll have to keep queuing to satisfy my tastebuds! The Unagi is slight charred on the outside enhancing the taste & flavour. There was ZERO fishy smell to the fish.
My dear friend, Phoebe, raves about this place...so I definitely must go at least once in my lifetime even though i don't usually eat unagi. The wait to get into the restaurant was soooo long that i was starving by the time we got in.
๐ธ$10+
Verdict: ๐ Its awesomelicious!!!
Its GIAM (salty) but not over the top (or maybe i was wayy to hungry that i could just eat it). It was a beautiful match with the unagi. Definitely not mean to eat it buy itself! But u will cause they look so yummy! Be prepared to WAIT a significant amount of time if ur not one of the 1st 30 customers!! However, it is worth the wait!
