Halal Japanese
Order this dish ($8.90+) instead of the usual Kaarage chicken for a delightfully crispy and breaded experience. Generous servings too!
I’ll always get the Kimchi And Minced Chicken Ramen ($11+) because it won’t get ‘jelak’ after awhile since the flavours blend well. The Chicken Cha-Shu Ramen ($11+) is a great comfortable option too.
The only halal japanese restaurant that serves decent soft shell crab maki, but other dishes were disappointing
Yes Sir Yes Sirloin Don ($12) was surprisingly decent for a Japanese restaurant! I chose the Build-Your-Own Don ($8) that comes with chicken karaage and it would have been perfect if the Bimbimbap sauce wasn't too tangy & tastelessly spicy. Complete your meal with a side dish (we picked crispy Fried Ebi & creamy Takoyaki) & a drink for $5. Would definitely come back to try other dishes!
The dealcoholized wine was too expensive for half a glass ($16/ pic was taken after a few sips) with dismal taste similar to those $1.80 Non-Alcoholic Bavaria cans, but the almond milk icecream concoction ($8) was refreshingly good! Also, the staffs were ALL very polite and helpful so A+ for service!
Grilled ribeye ($24) wins with its perfectly seasoned coat accompanied by two kinds of wasabi pastes that complements the dish well. Tori Karaage ($8) was decent with generous portions!
MUST TRY Ebi Tempura Sushi ($6+), decent takoyaki ($5+), and delicious Teriyaki Chicken Don ($8+)
