Stall #01-1080 sells two types of oyster omelette - one which is literally omelette style and the other is our usual mixed starch with egg batter. I got the latter and I see why the hefty price tag ($5/$8/$10). If we are talking by food centre's standards, these oysters are obese! 😍 I also love the seasoning and enjoyment between the softness and light crisp of that batter. I will join that queue again!
From Pasta & Donburi by Kenny at Ghim Moh Food Centre. A pretty well-executed plate of pasta; noodles were al-dente, while the Miso cream was pretty creamy — thick without being overwhelming with light notes of garlic and soy paste going on in there. Onsen egg was a little overdone, with a yolk that was nearly becoming stiff. Check out em flowy meat juice!!! 🤤💦 howbeit thick skin, I really enjoyed the sweetness at every bite ✨the zha jiang mian is rly good too ❤️ just too big a portion for an average.
I order an upsize of this every time. You get this crispy golden fried fish that comes in hugeeee slices! The batter of the fried fish is rly tasty itself, while the lor mee zhup is so thick and shiok. Only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays!!!
Another silky smooth handmade chee cheong fan freshly handmade!! They were really generous with their fillings!! It'll be great if the char siew stuffing were smokier. And ooooo never knew that chye poh was so delishas 🤤🤤 this simple stuff elevates this dish so well let's see if Uncle can give me more next time 👀
What a find! Chanced upon this hidden gem in the hawker centre 💎 albeit its slightly thick skin, the meat is surprisingly silky!! The alcohol's lil bit strong in the broth, but that doesn't bother me. Be back!😋
The qq noodle, the burnt edges of their tender juicy char siew, the not-too-spicy chilli with lots of dried shrimp, the wanton stuffed with minced pork and prawns; I've never found such a perfect combination elsewhere. My number 1 fail-proof comfort food it is 😛

Served hot, i let out a 'mhoof' when I nestled the melty fat of the sio bak on my tongue. The skin is solid and crunchy too!
Mee tai mak with thick coats of sizzling sweet and sour zhup 😻They have a no-spicy option as well. The best part was the surprise layer of egg 'neath the noodles! The original dish comes with chilli, but beware for the spice is real!
Those are some scruffy looking but extremely fluffy textured buns haha. Wah.. and that slab of butter! 😍 be back for this whenever I can!!
