office went cray cray over galicier's pumpkin kueh cake ($14 a box). simple but definitely difficult to do to achieve such balanced taste and texture. to heightened muted cake taste, remember to have it with the sesame seeds, fried onion shallots and the kick-ass chili by the side. they make the best kueh dadars btw. anyway, for dainty, light and very well balanced taste kuehs, always trust trust galicier. no wrong.
