Smoky-charred, and well marinated in onion saffron and olive oil. This kebab of both lamb fillet and minced lamb is simply divine. It is slightly heavy on the salt, but best eaten with that fluffy basmati rice on the side. If you like some sweetness to the dish, there is small side of of tomatoe sauce. But go for the tomato, onion, Chili and dill salsa that gives a nice kick, but yet so refreshing. Share so that you can order more, like the hummus and minced lamb, and a basket of flatbread.
