Lunch Close To Hotel
Love the fried chicken and bulgolgi fries!! The fried onions matched well with the special made dipping sauce. Do not forget the peach soju too!
Essentially sweet Korean fried chicken caught in flagrante with Two Chef Eating Place's famous drunken cockles. Garlic dominates the conversation, whilst elsewhere those equipped with Mario-esque levels of evasion can actually cleanly avoid the vicious scarlet traps without any consequence. 4.2/5
I was initially torn between ordering up the Patty Melt and the illustrious cheesesteak sandwich. After much deliberation, I ordered the cheesesteak...and I regret nothing.
The cheesesteak is comically overstuffed with a bountiful amount of beef brisket and competently caramelized onions, and my God it's nothing short of heavenly. The brisket is so incredibly tender, yet it possesses enough bite and challenge to give you the satisfaction of wrestling with meat. The beef itself is slathered in an utterly umami sauce that just catapults it into the God tier of food heaven.
It's a bonafide beef bonanza, what with all the amazing flavors and the topnotch texture combination of the crispy hoagie roll mingling with the tender menagerie of meat and onions. Park all the calorie counting on the bench, and tuck into this glorious bounty of beef.
One of the better and more addictive sandwiches I've had. Big, chunky, tender and melt in your mouth pork belly sandwiched between pickled carrots, crushed peanuts and doused in Hoi sin aioli in crispy soft bahn mi.
