Yummy home-cooked Hua Diao Clams with Scallops Farfalle!

A very typical dessert that we find a stalls but making it from scratch was really pretty fulfilling. Furthermore the sweetness and texture always just right!

Simple dish prepared for a simple meal.

Trying to make Prawn Noddle Soup but I guess the key is in the stock..gotta invest in more prawn shells and time to brew it altogether.

Eggs and luncheon meat...enough said!

Home-cooked Fried Carrot Cake! Yummy virgin attempt at this Singapore delicacy!

Trying Dark Fried Carrot Cake this time around...think I may have accidentally found my retirement job...LOL. 😝

First time trying to make a local delight "Chwee Kueh" or Steamed Rice Cakes with Fried Pickled Turnip. Trying to get a grasp of the ratio of water to wheat & corn flour to get the right texture for the steamed rice cakes. Overall an ok attempt but will strive to get it better the next round. 😇

Prepared some yummy Wagyu Steak earlier during our random cookout session! Love that pink meat!!

Whilst he is busy revising for his exams tom...we decided to prepare something yummy to motivate him: Udon with Sukiyaki Pork Belly Shabu Shabu and Cartoon Fish Cakes! 😇

First time making Thai Basil Pork Rice with Sunnyside up! It was a pretty easy dish and I think I got it spot on! 😇
