I eat this shop afew times a year and I would say this travel to the west is worth it. The claypot rice with chicken, Chinese sausage and salted fish is not bad. The chicken is very soft and nice. $15 for medium.
On top of that, we ordered a chicken dish (ma you ji) which has really good sauce and chicken cooked to perfection. $8 for small
The pig liver dish which is cooked w ginger is the reason I keep coming back. It is cooked to the right amount which makes it not too hard for consumption. This is a must try for pig liver lover and worth a try for those who don't fancy pig liver. $8 for small.

The claypot hokkien mee is at $10 for 2 persons. The noodle was nice and yummy. It includes clams, prawns, roasted meat and squid. It has a unqiue claypot taste to it which I may come back for. However, I feel that more noodle should be given as it didn't feel fulfilling enough.
Compared to the normal non claypot hokkien mee at the same stall, this is much more unqiue and less salty, probably due to the sweetest of the clams.
Do give this a try((:

A small bowl of wanton noodle is priced at $4.50 while the bigger one is at $5.50. The small bowl is enough for regular eaters. The noodle was springy and really yummy. I enjoyed it alot. There were char Siew and wanton hidden below the noodle.
Medium sized fried wanton is at $4 for about 12 small pieces. Even though they were small, they were really crispy and worth the try.
Side vegetables were also tasty and well cooked. Medium size at $4

The noodle was springy and cooked just right. Fishball were definitely handmade as it isn't smooth but were not bad(: Fishcakes were really tasty too as it had alot of ingredients in them.
Each bowl is at $3 dollars for NUS students and $3.50 for non NUS students

I've been eating this since young and this is still as good as the past. The sauce is so tasty that you can just eat it with rice! It was about $40 for 5 persons with a side of dumpling soupđź‘Ś

Maybe if I hard try enough, I might be able to fit more food in my tummy
