salted egg yolk sesame cake (6" $50) ā¢
got this for the bf's birthday and boy was the cake moist and goooood. wish they gave me extra sauce on the side as there isn't too much of the salted egg yolk taste. all is well though, slurrrp
these won my heart over and got me flying on clouds ā heehee. that matcha cake has a strong matcha taste with white chocolate on the top.
the chocolate mousse cake on the other hand was rich in chocolate, perfect for choco lovers like me š ęćć¦ć!
the presentation and this chocolate dome cake was epic. loved it! though I think they can cut down on their raspberry sauce... (RMB to stop the Chef from over pouring!)
matcha avalanche ššš ā¢
if you've tried their chocolate ver previously and liked it, then you shouldn't be missing out on this!! ESP if you're a matcha lover. love that roasted green tea gelato at the bottom and how the almond nougatine always brings out an extra taste.
the annual durian festive season is back!! make sure to check this mouthwatering durian ICE CREAM CAKE out if you can! at $12, it might be costly but every cent is worth it. š
chanced upon this matcha white chocolate cake recently and i can say it is truly one of the best?! love the richness of the chocolate and matcha taste together! have been coming here for desserts too much recently š°š°š°
hokkaido snow roll ($17.80 for the whole roll) ā¢
even though it was launched end last year, ive never bought cakes from BT. so this was such a delight after hearing how the bf raved about it!
the cheesecake was soft, freshly made from hokkaido milk and egg white and it was rolled with cream fillings! a smooth touch to the palate and surely one of the frequent swiss roll i would patronise š
