Does it look "healthier" with all those cabbage? It definitely doesn't but who cares when it's sooo darn good. The pulled pork was so well-marinated, more towards the salty side (which I love!) with enough kick. Even when I was halfway through my burger, the marination started to drip gloriously and gosh, I just had to wipe them clean with the hand-cut fries ($1 top up, which you will regret of not getting)!

The only one of its kind created by two young hawkerpreneur is an innovative spin-off from the usual wanton wee.

Incorporating ingredients like wanton, braised char siew, onsen egg, potato prawn, fresh scallions and their own concoction of sauce, the synergy between these ingredients has formed another unique experience worthy enough to claim as our own local rendition of ramen.

A good deal at $6.50 for a medium bowl. The chashu meat was so tender, and the hot spring egg was so soft, bouncy and yummy!! Will definitely be back for more!! :p

Glad that their pastas lived up to the hype! Other than the penne which was a bit too hard, the pastas tasted really homecooked and satisfying! Plus its location at a corner of a good ol' coffeeshop makes it even more a good find šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘

I love how thin the soon kueh skin is and the generous filling within. Can eat them for days...Didn't like the png kueh though, which was bland and I was put off by the celery.

Joining the Japanese hotspots in Tanjong Pagar's Orchid Hotel is Kajiken, Singapore's first maze soba (dry ramen) specialist. Go for the Mazesoba Nagoya Style ($12.80), al dente noodles topped with spicy minced pork, strips of seaweed, plenty of chopped spring onions and a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg. Add lashings of vinegar and chilli oil if you like your noodles punchy. Pro tip: On hungry days, upsize your portion of noodles (1.5 or 2 times) for no extra charge!
