The Char Kway Teow ($3) is served slightly wet and bursting with flavour, as it absorbed the wok hei taste! The ingredients here are cooked optimally so that they don't turn dry and retain their freshness! Cockles lover will love the ones here, which are both big and juicy!

The result is a very refreshing sugarcane juice that is both thick and sweet! The colour of the juice doesn't turn lighter and remains concentrated even as it is mixed with ice for a period of time.
