The thing I love about this caramel chocolate tart is that it is not sweet at all.. I'm not a fan of chocolate stuff usually because the extreme sweetness leaves a sensation in my throat (the almost sore throat feeling) but this doesn't. So it's worth a try!

$48++ for 5-course brunch is super worth it. The base layer of cherry in chocolate sponge mixed with the soft fluffy cheesecake like texture on the top is sublime!

The view from the bar which is 55 storeys up at ION orchard. You have to go up to the 4th floor and there is an exclusive lift beside the sistic counter which will bring you to the bar. Amazing views on a clear sunny day. Best for relaxing with your girlfriends for High Tea.

One piece per pax, portions maybe small but just nice for tea since this is not a buffet. They do not serve other food during the afternoon tea time. Be sure to have an early but not too heavy lunch. Their hazelnut liquor cake and raspberry meringue are delicious. High Tea Set for $50 per pax.

Setting and ambience is lovely with beautiful views of singapore's sky line. Food is tasty but in small portions. $50 per pax for the high tea set.

Oh the chicken is cooked to perfection and he sauce is delicious. Yumz!

Lamb was nice but the corn and sides were tasteless.
