One of the moist-est satay I ever had. The sauce is so damn good I can eat 20pcs on my own. I ordered mutton & chicken, and I was in disbelief that the mutton actually taste as tender as the chicken. SAY WHAT?!
I haven't eaten all the satay in sg but I can confidently say this could easily be one of the best in SG. And it's halal too!

This is the most expensive appetizer I ever have. @ $48++ but I call every dollar spent WORTH IT! A cold dish that warms my heart. (😅) 6 hours after my meal, when I burp I still smell Truffles. The only thing that can get better than this is one more of this. 😋
Other dishes were great too, but not too great for me to make the effort to post here. Hah.

I ULTRA HEART ❤ Malay food. It's spicy, unpretentious and all out about the dishes. At this stall, I order with zero worries. No bill shock. Just get anything and everything you like. No one will judge you if you have no greens on your plate. No one will label you if you gobble your food mountain with the absence of grace.

Here, we eat, real food.

Just tell me, how can anyone not love Singapore hawker food? I live for it. I fall in love bite after bite. Sometimes I come to Old Airport Rd JUST FOR THIS. I don't mind the wait, I don't mind the heat. I just want this one plate. 1 FRIED OYSTER PLEASE!

Uncle one-man-show, batch after batch, plate after plate. Who can have enough of this? I could not find a word to describe this wonderful creation. You have to try it to know. You have to. Please do.

Yums. Fresh ingredients, big servings, what more to ask for?

Slightly expensive but worth every penny I'll say. My friend insisted to mix all the ingredients and rice together, destroying the beautiful presentation but BEST DECISION ever. I'll eat it again, preferably during lunch hours as the lunch sets are cheaper.

I'm kinda against eating foie gras but I couldn't resist this, it was soft and flavourful, but I'll pass it next time. The beef itself with the rice is adequate to make you feel like in paradise.

Jusssssst look at this bowl of creation. Just look at that colour. It tasted as great as it looked. Me no kid you.

Unarguably one of the best cuisine in the world is Indian cuisine. Undeniably one of my all time favourite is Fish Head Curry. I am the fan of strong flavours, I am a fan of fish and a fan of curry. I simply love how Apolo does it for me!

Yup, I got tempted by all the photos on social media, the too-good-to-be-real reviews. Imma try it ma-self. $15.80 for the Medium bowl with 4 choices, topped with salmon roes. Thick cubes of sashimi, fresh, generous portions just suitable for a lunch meal.
I got the salmon, tuna, yellow tail and whelk. Best combi, everything every bite is just so yum yums.
I didn't ordered any premium items ($3.80 each) because I thought this already tasted like premium.

Love to eat!!! Cheap and yummy.

Love how I can choose the spicy level. Omelette is so soft and they are so generous with the curry sauce, I have too little rice to go with the sauce!!! Had countless of clams and the tomatoes added sweetness to the overall taste. Yums.
