This is a egg. Topped with caviar and truffle oil. I would have to say that the combination was good. But price point for an egg, a bit crazy.
This what we call a good and yummy plate of tonkatsu. For the price of $28, it's a lunch set meal that consist of a main, sides, refillable cabbage, a barley tea, and a green tea/coffee and a cheesecake, it's super good! The pork is really tender and soft, you can see the thickness of it as compared to many other places. Nice ambience as well! Really a hidden gem.
Our first experience here, nice view, food was alright! Used the burpple 30% off ala carte voucher. Opt for the outdoor seating so that you and enjoy the view! The sashimi was fresh, not bad actually.
Yumms. I love that the soft shell crabs were huge and crispy. Not spicy and really good. It would taste good with buns. But a tad way too much of garlic in the sauce.
A huge mountain of sashimi slices! There is alot of rice behind the mountain of sashimi. Really like a lot! We couldn't finish the rice. But the sashimi were really fresh. I would like to try the other rice bowl next time!
We know how gimmicky it could be. But the scallops was okay. And we had a 1 for 1 deal for this. Still we enjoyed the scallops. I had the spicy mentaiko scallops.
Just had to try this. Been looking at many people posting about this, I just had to make a trip down to Torasho. Cold Stupid Ramen with a fresh bed of seafood - Lobster, King Crab, Amaebi, Uni and Ikura.
Do note that this serves at least 2-3 people!
This wasn't my first option but the curry series just got sold out! So I tried this Iberico Jowl Bowl. Yums. The meat was soft and had a nice charred flavoured to it. Highly recommend this for a quick fix!
Fresh sashimi treat. Served with seaweeds for you to wrap the sashimi to savour it. Really loved it. Had fun doing my own "sashimi wraps". Overall, quite a good and decent meal!
You're expected to eat your sushi using your hands. New dining experience here. The sashimi are all very fresh. I love the one with the mini shrimps all packed together. Yummy.
Uni overload. Super fresh uni and sashimi. On top of a bed of seaweed puree. This is so loved.
Sous vide quail egg wrapped with torched beef. This is a vey delicate process. The quail egg is so small and the chef have to peel it off carefully so that it wouldn't break. Chef says he can only do this when its not crowded as it takes up a lot of time. Soooo good. It just melts in your mouth.
