Finally got to taste the hype! And it’s aesthetic pastry goals. While the mochi texture takes getting used to, each flavour in the lineup was delightful. I very much preferred those with liquid filling inside as the ratio of filling to pastry is just incredibly satisfying, something like the love child of a liu sha bao and a croissant. Too bad there’s no matcha filling in the matcha croissant - that would be the ultimate happy ending for all the matcha lovers out there.
Time to get creamed with Everton Creamery’s Pistachio and Dark Chocolate gelato. Some pretty decent and solid scoops with maple syrup on the side make for some serious waffle lovin’. I mean, pistachio ice cream with pistachio nut bits? I’m sold, and you should be too. Now, who’s that whispering about dark chocolate fantasies...
A really good egg tart with solid, fragrant pastry. The filling to pastry ratio is just right although the filling falls flat - lacking the aroma and texture to match the quality pastry. Despite this, it's pretty good stuff and definitely worth your calories, all packed into a gorgeous and sleek box. A worthy contender but my top pick would still be Tong Heng. Just casually keeping a lookout for the next challenger...
Besides the incredibly delish truffle lava egg here, they serve up some pretty decent protein waffles and muffins. Just look at that chocolate dip go drip drip drip
This was really fun. There were many different textures in a mouthful. The crisp meringue and cream mixed with the hot strawberry sauce, and there were hidden marshmallows inside as well. A pretty finale to the otherwise disappointing meal.

I get a little mad when the food is bad.
